Older, quiet park. Deer wandering though. Mostly retired campers who were for the most part friendly. Wi-Fi is available for a FEE, but it is reasonable & is fairly reliable. I could see where large rigs might have a hard time getting in and out. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice park. Sites are long, level gravel, most have trees and all have grass & table. I can see where rigs with several slides might be a little tight, but it worked fine for us (LR slide only). Hookups were easily accessible & in the right place. Street asphalt with concrete gutters & aprons. nice pavilion for sitting outside, with fountain. Grassy areas to walk pets. The only reason I did not give it a 10 is due to road noise, which owner has no control over. Staff very helpful, willing to direct you to places to visit, etc.

Large, commercial campground that mixes "owners" with paying campers. Not really pet friendly, no place to walk dogs except for large gravel that covers most of the part of the park where "outsiders" are allowed. Too expensive for what you get. Looked like to us that if you were a paying customer your rig faced south so that even with your awning down, you got the west sun. "Owners" sites had grass & landscaping. We would not stay here again if we could find another campground in or near Creede.

The spaces VERY close together. After sliding out we were about 2 inches from electric and our awning was almost touched next rig. The large rock gravel for "patio" that wasn't level. Water pressure varies drastically from 80 psi to 50 psi or less with gauge, so you don't know whether or not to us regulator. We did & pressure was very low in rig. You are required to take your dog "off the property" for them to do their business. That is very inconvenient when it is raining or threatening rain. A free continental breakfast was supposedly pastry baked on premise & fresh fruit. We were served canned fruit & donut holes. The views are nice and the park is quiet.

VERY TIGHT GETTING IN AND OUT OF SPACES. We were going to use the community room & found a tenter asleep on the couch. Lots of tenters in the back across stream, we were afraid to leave our stuff out. Pool is closed. Wi-Fi is so so. This is really just a stopping place when you have no where else to stop.

Very nice park. The owners, Janet & Tim are very friendly & helpful. Park is meticulous. Cable is good, WiFi is good. New laundry with good prices & machines are great. She has an ironing board, table, magazines & deep laundry sink for campers convenience. Bathroom/shower house was immaculate. 2 showers, 2 toilets in the open shower house. At this time they are remodeling 1 of the 2 shower houses, so you have to walk across bridge, but it is really no problem. Nice level gravel lots & nice grass at each site. Some sites back up to creek. Only negative we had was that on weekend, owners tend to do lots of noisy work, took away from being able to relax outside.

We were assigned an upper level FHU. Very short, very NOISY, NO WiFi signal. Shuttle will not come out this far after 12pm, if you like to play cards until the wee hours.

We could not get FHU due to large group in park, so we ended up with water, electric, cable. Had to share a "yard". Lots of cotton from trees. Nice laundry. Trailer park behind campground and lots of traffic and kids. Owners friendly & helpful. Tried the BBQ, got the ribs and homemade pie, would not recommend either. Would stay again as a stop over

If you are looking for a kiddy campground, this is it! It is VERY LOUD. Campers setting off fireworks, kids riding bikes through our yard, crawling under our trailer for their baseball, etc. The office staff was friendly, restrooms were clean when we arrived, and the pool looked clean. The sites are "tight" to get into, especially when park is full and you can't pull through another site to park in yours. We would stay here ONLY if no other alternative.

Very clean park. Sites spacious with level asphalt pad & grassy yard. Seperate space to park vehicle. Restroom/shower was probably the cleanest we have come across on this trip. Laundry was clean & all machines worked well & were fairly priced. We will stay here again.
